Healing Deeply Rooted Pain & Trauma

Clear Emotional Baggage. Break Trauma Loops. Reclaim Inner Peace.

Are you currently living with emotional pain, grief, or carried sorrows that never seem to heal? Sometimes, we just don’t know why we feel what we feel. Our body says we’re sad, scared, or lonely, and we just don’t know why.

Your Pain Body is the physical, emotional, and spiritual pain and disharmony that you feel and is caused by negative and intrusive energies which build up from your past, and become stored in your energy field.

When emotional wounds root deeper than surface level energy, or when they develop into psychological wounds, we sometimes tend to forget that our physical body and mind wants to, and has the capacity to heal.

Traumatic events, both big and small, can cause deep emotional and psychological wounding and have the ability to hold a tight grip on someone’s daily life, impacting their health and wellbeing.

A Shamanic Release of the Pain Body is about shedding your past. These painful or traumatic intrusive energies can be collected from other lifetimes, ancestral connections, karmic debt, or childhood imprints which you absorb within your energy field.

This energy must be removed and cleansed or the collective energetic Pain Body will manifest in your life as physical, mental, or emotional illness and imbalance.

Psychic Lilly will locate, address, and clear your “pain body” (your deepest wounds) by journeying into your ‘inner world’ to clear this negative energy so that your most vulnerable soul parts will come to light from the past, into the present (now), and be released of their control and pain.

What Is a Shamanic Pain Body Release?

You’ve tried the therapy. You’ve journaled, meditated, reflected. But there’s still something deep inside that feels heavy, raw, or stuck. This lingering disharmony is what Shamans call the Pain Body — a dense field of emotional and energetic trauma stored in your Soul, by way of your Chakras, especially your nervous system (kundalini)energy field.

This energetic disharmony is the accumulation of:

Whether your pain is something from days long gone or a fresh wound that happened yesterday your Pain Body feeds on suffering — keeping you in cycles of pain, overreaction, fear, and emotional exhaustion. But it can be cleared.

The Shamanic Release Of The Pain Body is a powerful shamanic energy healing session where Psychic Lilly works to to:

  • Identify dense and congested emotional energy stuck in the body
  • Locate where trauma or pain is held (often in the heart, solar plexus, womb, or throat)
  • Release old pain patterns and stored grief through sacred clearing
  • Soothe the nervous system and cleanse your auric layers
  • Restore light, calm, and spiritual clarity

This is more than energy work — it’s emotional and soul-level energy detoxification.

“Eckhart Tolle addresses the intriguing question of whether it is possible to fully dissolve the pain body. He emphasizes the importance of awareness, non-identification, and acceptance in dealing with an active pain body. This video offers valuable insights into transforming emotional pain through acceptance and awareness.”

“As long as you are unable to access the power of the Now, every emotional pain that you experience leaves behind a residue of pain that lives on in you. It merges with the pain from the past, which was already there, and becomes lodged in your mind and body. This, of course, includes the pain you suffered as a child, caused by the unconsciousness of the world into which you were born.

This accumulated pain is a negative energy field that occupies your body and mind. If you look on it as an invisible entity in its own right, you are getting quite close to the truth. It’s the emotional pain-body. It has two modes of being: dormant and active. A pain-body may be dormant 90 percent of the time; in a deeply unhappy person, though, it may be active up to 100 percent of the time.

Releasing the pain body that overwhelms the emotional self through deep shamanic work

The pain body weighs you down and tries to drown your emotions

Some people live almost entirely through their pain-body, while others may experience it only in certain situations, such as intimate relationships, or situations linked with past loss or abandonment, physical or emotional hurt, and so on.

Anything can trigger it, particularly if it resonates with a pain pattern from your past. When it is ready to awaken from its dormant stage, even a thought or an innocent remark made by someone close to you can activate it.

Some pain-bodies are obnoxious but relatively harmless, for example like a child who won’t stop whining. Others are vicious and destructive monsters, true demons. Some are physically violent; many more are emotionally violent.

Some will attack people around you or close to you, while others may attack you, their host. Thoughts and feelings you have about your life then become deeply negative and self-destructive. Illnesses and accidents are often created in this way. Some pain-bodies drive their hosts to suicide.

When you thought you knew a person and then you are suddenly confronted with this alien, nasty creature for the first time, you are in for quite a shock. However, it’s more important to observe it in yourself than in someone else.

Watch out for any sign of unhappiness in yourself, in whatever form — it may be the awakening pain-body. This can take the form of irritation, impatience, a somber mood, a desire to hurt, anger, rage, depression, a need to have some drama in your relationship, and so on. Catch it the moment it awakens from its dormant state.

The pain-body wants to survive, just like every other entity in existence, and it can only survive if it gets you to unconsciously identify with it. It can then rise up, take you over, “become you,” and live through you. It needs to get its “food” through you.

It will feed on any experience that resonates with its own kind of energy, anything that creates further pain in whatever form: anger, destructiveness, hatred, grief, emotional drama, violence, and even illness. So the pain-body, when it has taken you over, will create a situation in your life that reflects back its own energy frequency for it to feed on. Pain can only feed on pain. Pain cannot feed on joy. It finds it quite indigestible.

Once the pain-body has taken you over, you want more pain. You become a victim or a perpetrator. You want to inflict pain, or you want to suffer pain, or both. There isn’t really much difference between the two. You are not conscious of this, of course, and will vehemently claim that you do not want pain. But look closely and you will find that your thinking and behavior are designed to keep the pain going, for yourself and others. If you were truly conscious of it, the pattern would dissolve, for to want more pain is insanity, and nobody is consciously insane.

The pain-body, which is the dark shadow cast by the ego, is actually afraid of the light of your consciousness. It is afraid of being found out. Its survival depends on your unconscious identification with it, as well as on your unconscious fear of facing the pain that lives in you.

But if you don’t face it, if you don’t bring the light of your consciousness into the pain, you will be forced to relive it again and again. The pain-body may seem to you like a dangerous monster that you cannot bear to look at, but I assure you that it is an insubstantial phantom that cannot prevail against the power of your presence.

Some spiritual teachings state that all pain is ultimately an illusion, and this is true. The question is: Is it true for you? A mere belief doesn’t make it true. Do you want to experience pain for the rest of your life and keep saying that it is an illusion? Does that free you from the pain? What we are concerned with here is how you can realize this truth — that is, make it real in your own experience.

So the pain-body doesn’t want you to observe it directly and see it for what it is. The moment you observe it, feel its energy field within you, and take your attention into it, the identification is broken. A higher dimension of consciousness has come in. I call it presence. You are now the witness or the watcher of the pain-body. This means that it cannot use you anymore by pretending to be you, and it can no longer replenish itself through you. You have found your own innermost strength. You have accessed the power of Now.”

FAQS About a Shamanic Release Of The Pain Body

Releasing the “pain body” through somatic work, breathwork, and movement can significantly reduce trauma’s physical and emotional grip by calming the nervous system, but it doesn’t always erase the memory or clear all trauma, as trauma can be deeply ingrained.

This Shamanic Release of the Pain Body energy work can shift MANY years and even past lifetimes of trapped emotion, but healing is a journey. It often clears one or two major “layers” and prepares you for deeper shadow integration work.

It also helps process and release stored survival energy, allowing for resilience, balance, and a new relationship with the past, often also requiring professional, trauma-informed therapy for complete resolution.

The “pain-body” is an energetic accumulation of past, unprocessed emotional pain (like anger, sadness, fear) that resides in your energy field, acting like a semi-conscious entity that seeks out more suffering to feed on, often through negativity, drama, and dysfunctional relationships.

This perpetuates unhappiness and even depression until recognized, healed, and observed afterwards with mindfulness and presence. Your Pain Body has dormant and active states, and when active, it takes over your thoughts and mind, driving negative thoughts and behaviors until awareness breaks the identification.

Yes, the “pain body” (chronic emotional/physical pain’s energetic imprint) significantly affects relationships by creating emotional distance, triggering negative reactions, hindering presence, fostering resentment, and eroding intimacy.

Though a Shamanic Release of The Pain Body session, awareness and presence can be restored to help partners navigate these challenges together.

An unhealed Pain Body often leads to cycles of misunderstanding, irritability, and withdrawal, making genuine connection difficult as both partners struggle with the emotional toll.

No, the “pain body” (accumulated emotional pain) isn’t the same as clinical depression, but they are deeply interconnected. Both involve shared brain pathways and chakras, neurotransmitters (like serotonin), and inflammation.

While the term “pain body” refers to an energetic emotional pain, depression is a recognized medical condition, but they share significant biological roots, making them co-occur and influence each other profoundly.

Chronic physical pain can lead to depression, and depression can worsen pain, creating a vicious cycle, with vague aches often being depression’s physical symptom.

Addressing both the emotional and physical aspects through integrated healing treatments (therapy, medication, lifestyle) is often most effective.

A Shamanic release of the pain body healing session utilizes rhythmic drumming, guided Shamanic journeys, transcendental meditation, and elemental work with crystals to help individuals safely access, process, and release accumulated emotional pain and trauma stored in their physical and energetic body.

A Pain Body Release helps shift the person’s energy from reactive negativity to conscious presence, which can trigger intense physical sensations, emotions, and memories, ultimately creating space to welcome back innate power and joy, rather than being consumed by the pain’s story.

Crystals used to support the release of the “pain body” (accumulated emotional and physical pain) focus on emotional healing, grounding, and transmuting negative energy.

Here are some crystals Psychic Lilly often recommends for healing support of your Pain Body:

Rose Quartz

Known as the “crystal of unconditional love,” Rose quartz is considered the most important crystal for healing the heart and the heart chakra. It helps in releasing unexpressed emotions, heartache, and encourages self-forgiveness and acceptance.

Amethyst

A natural tranquilizer, amethyst is used to alleviate sadness, grief, fear, and anxiety. It can help transmute lower, negative energies into higher, more positive frequencies, making it a good supportive crystal during emotional struggles.

Smoky Quartz

This is a powerful grounding crystal that helps to detoxify and neutralize negative vibrations. It lifts depression, eases anxiety, and clears stress from the nervous system, helping to transform emotional pain into positivity.

Black Tourmaline

Excellent for protection and grounding, black tourmaline creates a protective shield against negative energies and thought patterns that can exacerbate pain. It helps absorb dense emotional energies, providing a sense of stability and security.

Rhodonite

Often called the “crystal of compassion,” rhodonite is beneficial for healing emotional wounds and past traumas. It encourages forgiveness and self-love, helping to release unresolved emotional pain.

Lepidolite

This crystal contains lithium (used in anti-anxiety medications) and is known for its calming effects, promoting emotional balance and tranquility during times of change. It’s a tonic against toxic emotions and helps eliminate rage and stress.

Malachite

Described as the “crystal of transformation,” malachite draws out deep-seated fears, traumas, and emotional blockages, bringing them to the surface to be healed and released.

Clear Quartz

Known as the “master healer,” clear quartz can amplify the energy of other crystals and help bring clarity to the mind. It releases emotional blockages and can be programmed with specific intentions to enhance the emotional healing process.
