Why You Should Stop Chasing People

Many people exhaust themselves trying to keep relationships alive that were never meant to last. Real connection flows naturally without endless effort, pleading, or forcing someone to stay.

When you let go of those who walk away, you create space for balanced, uplifting bonds where love and respect are freely given. True relationships don’t require chasing—they thrive in mutual appreciation and choice.

All relationships work better when there is an “equal” exchange of energy. When a relationship drains someone, for whatever reason, there is an imbalance of energy and it’s most likely a karmic relationship.

So… stop chasing people!

Spiritual relationships with soulmates and all beings come from the place of an open heart, of love. When love is lacking, all interactions are based on ego, an exchange, an expectation for reciprocity; hence from a closed heart which is fearful.

There is no depth in such relationships as they are superficial and can crumble under a slightest disappointment. Soul to soul meetings are always a free flow of love.
